Erica Robbins is a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 5.

Mother, non-profit owner, daughter of a Birmingham attorney, and current resident of Central City, Ms. Erica Robbins has an outstanding track record of listening to the people of District 5 and understanding first hand how we must continuously strive to push the Magic City forward.
One of Erica Robbins’s goals is to create a homeless service center that will not only provide basic every day needs but will also equip the homeless community with health services, life skills, job training techniques, and several other essential skill sets. Be a Blessing Birmingham is a pending 501(c)3 organization that was founded by Ms. Robbins to forge a community where neighbors help neighbors. Erica’s heart to serve and her bold philanthropic ambitions make her more than qualified to represent all the people of District 5, not just the people in the high rises, but the ones under the bridge as well.
Erica is a proud graduate of Stillman College, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, SURJ, and Indivisible Birmingham; and Vice President of Greater Birmingham NOW, . Robbins worked for corporate America for more than 10 years, but her heart’s desire to serve influenced her to step out on faith to pursue her true calling to Be a Blessing to Birmingham. She epitomizes her slogan, “I want everyone to experience the Magic of the Magic City.”
